Team Leader & Analyst - BIU - Bank

Job Description:

Specifically, the selected candidate will be dedicated to:

- Data management

- Business analyst for systems / initiatives project managed by BIU

- Customer communication management through campaigns

- Report formulation & performance management

- Conducting analysis and interpretation

Knowledge/Technical Skills:

- Candidate shall have good spreadsheet skills and understand the techniques of data manipulation. Database and analytics experience preferred, though not mandatory

- Proven ability to both analyse data and create high quality reports/presentations.

- Translating descriptive data into clear messages and logical narrative, to both specialist and non-specialist audiences is a core skill required for this position

- They must be creative in identifying key data for a given problem and actively investigative and persist in seeking alternative sources within short timeframes where information is not readily available
