Team Lead - Actuary - BFSI

We are currently hiring for Actuarial Professional for one of our UK based Client

Designation : Actuary Team Lead

Job Location : Thane

Working Days : Monday to Friday

The essential skills/experience for this position are :

- Experience in retirements, pensions, DC/DB pensions, Pensions Valuation & Calculations is a must

- Minimum 2 years on papers TL experience is a must.

The role requires the Team Leader to :

- Develop, manage, implement, and deliver KPI's in line with the prescribed targets

- Prioritise and organise work on a daily basis according to business priorities

- Manage resources efficiently through peaks and troughs in the business cycle

- Facilitate smooth knowledge transfer within the team via well documented and updated training materials

- Communicate regularly with team members via 1-2-1 meetings and team meetings

- Assist in due diligence exercises by analysing data quality, identifying data issues and proposing solutions

- Keep onshore partners up to date, share concerns and propose solutions where appropriate
