About TeaBox:  TeaBox, a speciality e-commerce start-up based in the North Eastern town of Siliguri supplies freshly packaged premium teas across some of the most discerning and lucrative markets for high-end teas like Russia, US, China and Japan. In its top four markets of Russia, US, Canada and Australia, TeaBox's average order value is around $110 for each package  Position : SEO Manager  Location : Bangalore  As SEO Manager, you will be taking ownership of all our SEO requirements for all our sites globally.  Responsibilities:  - Monitor and track all areas of SEO performance (rank checking, technical tools, and analytics).  - Well versed with website navigation analysis, site structure and load time analysis, Meta tag & h tag analysis, webmaster integration, breadcrumb analysis, back linking, broken URL analysis, webpage indexing and content requirement analysis.  - Set and execute an on- and off-page SEO strategy to ensure Teabox meets SEO best practice in both areas.  - Ensure SEO is a core part of every new products launch, sales initiatives etc.  - Drive acquisition KPIs, including organic traffic, conversions, new buyers, repeat visitors and ROI.  - Be at the forefront of SEO developments and continually advise Teabox in necessary changes and adapt strategy to suit.  - Be a teacher and ambassador of SEO across Teabox.  - Create an ethical link building strategy for Teabox globally.  Requirements:  - Ideally, you have experience in a fast-growth, product driven company, where you've learned to be resourceful.  - You have decent years of SEO experience in eCommerce roles and have demonstrated success in implementing successful SEO changes.  - Have global SEO experience, not just single-country experience.  - Be a strong critical thinker and problem solver, coupled with a data-driven approach and creative thinking.  - You are highly collaborative, fostering strong relationships across all parts of the business.
