TCS - Lean/Six Sigma/Master Black Belt - BFSI

Experience is between 8 yrs. to 12 yrs.

Location : Hyderabad - Adibatla.

Domain : BFSI

Primary Responsibilities :

- Identifying & prioritizing projects based on business needs

- Lead quick problem solving on the floor

- Leading process improvement initiatives for aligned processes using Lean/Six Sigma/Other methodologies

- Conduct Trainings on Improvement methodologies - Lean/Six Sigma

- Mentor & Coach improvement projects

- Lead Organizational level improvement initiatives

- Liaison with customer on account level improvement strategy

- Liaise with technology team

- Deploy CMMI high maturity practices

- Deploy KM practices.

Primary Required :

- Certified Six Sigma Master Black Belt (MBB) is must.

- Proficiency in using statistical software - R, Minitab

- Prior BPO experience will be an advantage
