Job Description:  We are looking for an experienced individual, to lead a multi-function team which will provide consistent, excellent customer experience along with a good quality cabs to customers.  The Branch Supply Head will have to be a part of the branch planning and align the Supply Creation and Supply management with Branch Plan for service bookings and customer experiences and drive the efficiencies in the Supply channel and with the Supply team  The individual would be responsible for initiating business relationships with large cab operators and managing these relationships for high availability of cabs on the road (supply). Additionally, the individual would have to work with the Demand (Marketing) team, Operations and Product team to ensure that the branch realizes its supply potential. Since the company is expanding rapidly, the supply manager will also get an opportunity to replicate successful practices in other cities.   Other responsibilities include developing and managing relationships with other large vendors and business partners along with defining success metrics and monitoring the performance of team.   The individual should understand the end-to-end service delivery process and provide the required managerial support to deliver a world-class experience to the customer.  Key Results Areas:  - Managing the Business Development & Account Management verticals in the Supply team   - Achieving targets for supply in accordance with city/branch targets  - Driving the pipeline of operators  - Acquisition of operators & nurturing them to grow and thrive.  - Creating standards required from different types of operators  - Ensure initiatives to drive stickiness, reduce attrition and increase number of serviced bookings  Experience & Qualification  - Operations Management, Channel management, Building and supervising a performing team, adhering to Standards, Managing Budgets, Coaching, Quality Management, Results Driven.   - He / She could be any Graduate or MBA with 7- 10 years of total work experience.  - Should have Business Development and Channel management Experience  - Should have, experience in Vendor Management / Transport Sector and B2C industries.  - Should have, directly managed a team of 6 and indirectly above 50.  - Should have, been working in Managerial role with defined KRA / KPI.  - Should have experience in operational knowledge of ERP systems.  Skills   - Result Oriented and Executional Excellence  - Ability to establish & maintain business relationships & alliances;  - Self- motivated candidate who can thrive under pressure;  - Has ability to close contracts by positively influencing vendors;  - Ability to work in a team with a strong focus on results;  - Conflict resolution and negotiation skills;  - Impeccable financial integrity;  - Willing to try things first hand and provide hands on leadership.
