As a part of the function you will provide internal support to the organization by means of analysis and reporting.  - Ability to work in a cross functional team and gather relevant data from stakeholders   - Help in strategic planning by providing data driven insights  - Comfortable with solving unstructured problems and coming up with innovative solutions  - Ability to create reports and dashboards for monitoring operational effectiveness and   - Minimum 3 years of experience in Business Analytics  - Atleast 2 years of solid experience of working on Analytics Tools and Techniques & should be proficient in SQL and MS-Excel.  - Strong analytical and problem solving skills - analysis with insight and not only number   - Outstanding understanding of statistics and probabilistic methods  - Experience of analytic environments and tools, for both structured and unstructured data  - Engineering undergraduate from a premier college  - Good to have knowledge of R
