Key Roles & Responsibilities:  Job Purpose:   - To Manage the Customer Experience Team & work towards improving the service levels of Karnataka region   Job Duties:   - Accomplishing Service Levels as per company’s standards by driving system changes and process improvements and thus enhancing overall Customer Experience  - Manage performance of three sub teams: Issue Resolution Dept.; Quality Team; Inspections Team  Key Responsibility Areas:  - 100% Issue closure month on month and work towards getting the number of issues down by identifying the root causes and working towards fixing them  - Achieve quality service by enforcing quality and customer service standards; analyzing and resolving customer service problems; identifying trends; recommending system improvements   - Setting up quality standards for the Call Centre and monitor if the processes are being adhered to. Drive quality team to work towards achieving the targeted standards  - Working with other stakeholders (Product Managers, Supply Manager, Training Team etc.) to fix the gaps in the system and implement any new requirements  - Structuring and selecting staff by recruiting, selecting, orienting, and training employees; maintaining a safe and secure work environment; developing personal growth opportunities. Motivating and retaining staff to perform and achieve operational excellence.  - Accomplishes staff results by communicating job expectations; planning, monitoring, and appraising job results; coaching, counseling, and disciplining employees; developing, coordinating, and enforcing systems, policies, procedures, and productivity standards. Contribute towards team effort by accomplishing related results as needed  Skills / Qualification / Experience:  - Highly Customer Centric, People Management, Performance Management, Project Management, Coaching, Supervision, Quality Management, Results Driven, Data Driven/Analytics, Developing Standards, Foster Teamwork, Handling Pressure, Giving Feedback  - Should have Prior experience at handling different teams and employees  - MBA from a Premier institutes with at least 2-5 years of relevant work experience in client management
