We are growing at a fast rate and will be expanding aggressively nationally and internationally in the coming months.  Key Responsibilities:  - Managing the Driver Training team development PAN India.  - Hiring and Managing the branch trainers in coordination with the Supply Managers and Branch heads  - Conducting Train the Trainers on Facilitation skills, New Content for Drivers  - Content development on driver training modules  - New operators Training/ Refresher Training on operator training module   - Conduct Needs assessment and identify skills or knowledge gaps that need to be addressed  - Choose appropriate training methods to enhance Driver Training experience  - Design and prepare educational aids and material specific to the driver segment  - Maintain updated curriculum, database and training records  Skill required:  - Retails or E-commerce industry.  - Between 6 to 10 years of exp. in the domain of training - Tools/ Applications/ Customer Service   - Adequate knowledge of learning management systems and web delivery tools.  - People Management experience - Min 3 years (Should be designated as an Asst Manager Trainer atleast for 2 years or a Lead Trainer for 3 years).  - Content Development towards TTT, Customer interaction, Customer Satisfaction, Behavioral skills, Grooming Sessions, Basic Telephone etiquette etc ( He/She needs to analyse & identify the Training need related to Drivers & then accordingly develop the content & prepare the Training Modules for each subject)  - Familiarity with traditional and modern training methods and techniques  - MS Office proficiency  - Advanced organisational skills and Strong communication skills   - Proficiency towards speaking & understanding English, Kannada & Hindi is mandatory. Other local languages would be an added advantage.  - Flexibility to Travel PAN India whenever required (60% - 70% Travel) - As soon as the candidate joins, he would be expected to Travel PAN India to all the Branches & in coordination with Branch Trainer need to analyze & identify the Training Need, Improvements, Gap Analysis etc.  Qualification:  - Graduate or equivalent from a reputed institute. Post-graduation will be an added advantage.  - Driver Training Domain preferred, other Domain expertise can be considered, provided the candidate is a fast learner  PLS NOTE: We are looking for candidate who can join us in 15 - 30 Days duration.
