(TaxiForSure) is hiring senior HR Professional for the position of AGM - Business HR - Corporate.  About Company:  TaxiForSure is the marketplace to find taxis in India! Founded in June 2011 by NIT-K and IIM-A alumni Aprameya Radhakrishna and Raghunandan G and funded by Accel Partners, Bessemer Venture Partners, Blume Ventures, and Helion Ventures, we are a taxi aggregator aiming to be the country's first choice to book a taxi.   With over 1500 employees on board in 3 years, TaxiForSure has quickly grown into a major player in the industry. We are growing at a fast clip in over 50 cities and will be expanding aggressively nationally and internationally in the coming months.  Key Responsibilities:  To lead and support HR activities of branch and partner with them in the effective running of the branch.  Roles and Responsibilities:  - To plan and drive business HR activities PAN India with GM HR.  - To implement HR Plan and HR calendar across TFS  - To participate in HR budgeting, Branch Restructuring,   - Review Implementation of HR Policies and Programs across all hubs.  - Measure effectiveness of HR programs and create action plans to increase its effectiveness.  - To be a single point contact and advisor for Branch HRs  - HR MIS for Branches   - Set goals and KPIs for branch HRs in consultation with GM - BHR  - Prepare Presentation and follow up on actions for MRM, Ops com and other key meetings.  - To assist GM HR in other business related activities when it comes.  Skills, Qualification & Experience:  - MBA HR (2 year full time) from reputed college or premier institutes like Symbiosis, TISS, Narsee Monjee, SP Jain, IMT Ghaziabad etc. If from IIM / XLRI, it would be an added advantage.  - Around 11 - 14 years in corporate / business HR  - Should have experience in handling PAN India Business HR by managing the Branch/Plant/Regional Business HR activities across PAN India.  - Should be extremely proactive, mature & confident.  - Should be a quick & smart Decision maker as per the situation.  - Excellent communication skills.  - Ability to do multi-tasking and deal with multi stakeholders.  - Open to stretch and travel PAN India.  - Self-starter and go getter  - Good with Power point and Excel  - Joining in 15-30 days  Rajshree
