A critical factor to the success of our business is the level and nature of our online presence. From driving demand and managing consumer perceptions to making the right first impression for potential employees, investors, and partners, our online image will make or break our business.
As GM - Marketing, your role will be to ensure that TaxiForSure has a strong and positive presence not just in the Indian taxi and car rental space but also in the overall e-commerce space. In your role, you will spearhead all marketing activities by TaxiForSure and make effective use of Online and Offline Tools.
KEY ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Job Purpose: Ensure TaxiForSure.com is the first choice for customers in the Indian taxi and car rental space
Job Duties: Spearhead offline, digital and tactical marketing activities by TaxiForSure.com through effective use of tools for marketing.
Key Performance Indicators:
- Achieve booking growth across all cities of operations across India
- Developing and managing strategic marketing goals
- Developing and managing customer insight program, including analytics and market research
- Budget preparation, management and adherence for all marketing campaigns
- Achieve target Cost of Customer Acquisition
- Achieve demand targets across the country in line with the bookings target
- Measure Return on Investment of the campaigns
- Design and manage repeat/loyalty programs to achieve repeat target per acquired customer
- Manage content writers/agencies for content on the website and other marketing collateral
- Work with external third party vendors to ensure quality deliverables on-time
- Work with creative agencies to come up with novel ideas to be implemented in the market
- Over seeing monthly/ yearly budgets and financial planning for Marketing Activations.
- Build and manage a team
Online
- Generate quality traffic to the website to ensure target conversion rates
- Work on getting TaxiForSure to the #1 position for all relevant search results across paid and organic channels
- Work with and manage agencies to drive traffic from various online sources
- Work with the offline marketing to enhance/promote any offline activities on digital media
- Work with creative agencies to come up with good creative content to make our digital efforts effective
- Report effectiveness of all digital activity including web analytics, conversions etc for each campaign
Offline
- Spearhead Offline marketing and business alliances to generate more bookings
- Experience in Designing & Implementing ATL/ BTL activities is a bonus – Radio, TV, OOH, Hoardings, Bus Stops, Bus Stands, Apartment/Mall/Office Activations
- Ability to manage and introduce campaigns as planned, on-time.
- Screening, short-listing & signing off with vendors for various activations to get the best work done @ the best price
SKILLS REQUIRED
Online Sales, Web Analytics, Traffic generation, SEO, SEM, Digital Content, ATL/BTL, Radio, OOH, Apartment/Mall/Office Activations
Candidates from premier institutes like ISB, IIM with more than 3 years of work experience in marketing.
