Direct Taxation Professional - CA - AMC

Looking for Chartered Accountant for leading AMC

Experience Required : 3 to 8 years

Job Location : Mumbai.

Job Role :

- He / She should have experience in handling Direct Tax (Corporate Tax, TDS Transfer Pricing) Compliance,

- Review computation showing service tax liability on income, service tax paid on expense and cenvat credit to be taken for calculating net liability of service tax to be paid on monthly basis.

- Co-ordinate with tax department & Consultants related to assessment and appeal matters

- Should have overall knowledge of GST implementation

- Impact analysis of GST for the organization

- Registration of the Company with GST portal

- Co-ordinate with GST implementations consultants for various requirements

- Liaising with statutory / tax / transfer pricing / internal auditors.

- Other accounting and finance activities

Academics :

Minimum Qualification - Qualified Chartered Accountant
