Responsibilities:
- Achieve Sales targets in the respective territory in terms of aftermarket retail sales, institutional sales, product range and total sales.
- Facilitate demand generating activities like giving schemes, holding mechanic Meets, Customer meets etc.
- Stock Planning of Spare Parts - Monitor and maintain concurrence between sales, spare parts inventory and order generation for channel partners (dealers/ distributors/ TASS)
- Monitoring timely availability of finances and monitor and limit channel finance over dues.
- Timely Complaint handling (resolving payment issues, claim settlements etc.) for channel partners and customers.
- Market intelligence - Collection and analysis of Competitor data.
- Explore new avenues to boost growth of sales of Spares and expansion of the network (distributors, retailers etc.)
- Training/ educating End customers - Retailers, Mechanics, Fleet Operator associations and channel partners about genuine spare Parts
- Supply management and follow up with PHQ [Specific to Area Parts Officer (Institutional sales)
Knowledge Requirement:
- In depth knowledge of automobile parts / accessories
- Basics of Warehousing/ Inventory Management & Finance
- Basic concepts of merchandising & branding.
- System knowledge to manage ordering forecasting of parts.
