Achieve - Quarterly, Half yearly & Annual Sales Targets  2. Scout for New Accounts and nurture them  3. Conceptualise & Present Solutions to CXO among others  4. Maintain CXO level relationships  5. Manage complex selling situations in large accounts  6. Upsell solutions to existing accounts  7. Coordinate with internal stakeholders on Proposals, Delivery, Legal and Finance  Candidate Attributes:  1. Good network of CXO level contacts across verticals  2. Ability and experience in Consultative Selling  3. Outgoing personality that enjoys customer interactions and cultivating relationships  4. Product Selling Experience a Plus  5. Experience in custom eLearning solutions selling (preferred)  6. Excellent communication, writing and presentation skills  7. Self-confidence and flexibility  8. Self-driven with a - can do- attitude  9.
