- Successful finalization of Long Term Strategic Plan for the SBU as per SPP timelines with deviation from ABP numbers within specified range  - Analyse, identify and tackle program blockers  - Understand complex business problems and design solutions.  - Ensure the complete BSC cascade of the LTSP down to each functional department (Strategy Deployment Process)  - FIBRES goals for Business along-with Monthly updates in form of FIBRES Dashboard to team  - Benchmark BSC objectives, and Finalising benchmarking projects in each functional area of CPB, documenting the same in terms of PPS & coordinating with functional heads for timely progress and completion of the same as per guidelines  - Reporting on Indian Economy, specifically with respect to economic indicators and key sectors  - Supporting categories with FMCG / industry data and studies  - Monitoring key business projects   - Timely Tracking of Key assumptions and updating the variations to SBU council  - To monitor and review risk matrix and derive necessary solutions   - Ensure timely, data-backed analysis for use by the COO  Individuals with background in Sales/ Marketing but wanting to move into Strategy functionality of core FMCG might also apply
