Role : Product Mgmt

Small Team & Support

1. The purpose of role is to build corporate agency linked insurance business , by bringing products & services, systems and process which are aligned to TCFSL business lines while keeping it compliant as per requirement of regulator and laid out corporate agency framework.

2. Over a period of time the position would be also expected to build independent sales verticals to distribute insurance products to determined customer segments

Major Deliverables:

1. Build product and service framework emanating from Corporate agency arrangement to distribute insurance product through TCFSL sales force

2. Constantly liase and partner with insurance company for developing products as per needs of TCFSL business requirements

3. Build and drive training content and process for insurance products amongst TCFSL sales force and associates

4. Innovate & co-develop - bundled - finance & insurance products to drive revenue from the same

5. Ensure maximum coverage of distribution of insurance products amongst various TCFSL sales verticals

6. Will Single point contact for ensuring and driving compliance as per regulatory requirements across TCFSL and regulator

7. Build a blue print of independent business line for insurance sales and drive the business line alongside product role

Educational Qualification:

Minimum Desired :Graduate & Management Educations

Preferred : Education qualification meeting CIE requirements- CA, ICWA, CS & Mgmt Deg/Dip from Specified Insurance Institutes



Experience: 8 to 12 Years in sales with 5 years insurance product & sales

Desired Experience : 2 to 3 years In product dept of insurance - Corp Agency / Banca Insur l NBFC with insurance as cross/bundelled product

Desired attributes:

Should have established ability drive corporate agency relations and develop products and services. Should be go getter and should be able work through in independent manner. Should be ambitious to build independent business lines with P& L focus
