Key Objective of the Job :

- To translate business requirement of the Operations Vertical in to Technology solutions in the Retail lending space in a cost effective way by determining the requirements of the project and communicating them to stakeholders

- Be the Operations vertical single point of contact for FinnOne Project

Major Deliverables :

- Define and close requirements of the Operations vertical for the FinnOne project

- Assisting with the business case preparation, Planning and monitoring, Eliciting requirements, Translating and simplifying requirements, Requirements management and communication

- Execute the UAT process for the FinnOne Project from an operations vertical perspective

- Manage the Project communication process by following the governance process and providing the providing status report to all stakeholders

- Be the super user for the Operations vertical on the FinnOne Project

- Drive the training programs on the FinnOne platform within the Operations Vertical

Specialized job competencies :

- Must have worked in the Branch Ops and central Operations set up of an NBFC or Bank in the lending space

- Understands the Complete operation processes and should be in a position to articulate the requirements from a development perspective

- Sound analytical and documentation skills

Educational Qualification :

- Graduate/Post Graduate/MBA ( IT or any other discipline ).

Desired Experience :

- Atleast 5-7 Years of experience in the operations vertical in Retail pending with exposure to Banks and NBFC

- Exposure to FinnOne application is desirable

- Business Analyst experience will be an added advantage
