TCHFL - Assistant Manager Construction Finance Risk - Thane  Department: Risk - Construction Funding - (Mortgage)  Designation: Assistant Manager  Line of Business: SS   Proposed Immediate Superior (Designation): Senior Manager - Risk  Grade: M2  Key Objective of the Job:  - Monitoring and periodic review of portfolio in Construction Funding Segment & supervising the Risk/Credit checks/controls aspects across the locations as well as the compliance of internal policy norms and strive for continual improvement in conformation with Tata Capital Housing Finance Ltd standards of best quality and services excellence.   - Ensuring the compliances for the purpose of post disbursement monitoring. Monitoring of cost / Cash Flow / Budgets, Escrow monitoring & loan covenants. Comparison and reporting (findings) in line with projections.  - Preparing the quarterly monitoring reports & assets quality review and ensuring that all the controls are in place & verifying that legal documentation and security position analysis {UCC'S} are properly completed and present in all legal files to insure proper protection of company assets.  - Analysis of Various Ratios & Input - Output analysis in various parameters.  Major Deliverables:  - Manage overall functioning of portfolio monitoring in the assigned area including analysis of project parameters, escrow, monitoring.   - Portfolio reviews on regular basis in accordance with the standards of Tata Business Excellence Model, preparation of presentations & present the findings  - Monitoring of PDDs across the portfolio level and keep them within the acceptable norm.  - Monitoring of high value cases on regular basis & ensures the best quality of portfolio  - Checking valuations and title reports of project being mortgaged & also cross audits of assets funded by TCHFL and share the findings to the management.   - Monitoring of portfolio triggers at the portfolio level and ensuring the criteria are aligned to the norms  - Location & site visits whenever is required and file reviews to evaluate the quality and adherence to the policy norms  - Monitoring of the sourcing agency/channels and publication of channel risk scorecard  - Any other actionable desired suitable by the company.  Educational Qualification:  - CA/MBA  Desired Experience:  - CA with 2-3 years of work experience in the field of Construction Funding - Mortgages.  - MBA/ICWA/other Post Graduates having work experience of 2-3 years in the field of Construction funding - mortgages.  - The candidate should have prior experience in Construction funding - Mortgages - Credit/Monitoring/Risk.  Other desired attributes:  - Must possess excellent communication as well as writing skills.  - Candidate must be flexible in visiting sites and locations.  - Candidate should have good knowledge of MS office (including MS Excel/Power point).  Location: Thane (HO)  Number of Positions: 1
