Key Objective of the Job : Assist in managing risk of CEQ business. Additionally handle activities in the supply chain risk vertical.

Major Deliverables :

- Developing and reviewing policies pertaining to the Construction Equipment Finance Business.

- Formulating / suggesting improvements in the processes in order to reduce delinquencies.

- Regular Monitoring of the Construction Equipment portfolio

- Develop Analytical tools for credit assessment, monitoring and remedial action in the Construction Equipment Business

- Underwriting of loans pertaining to Construction Equipments - Finance business

- Keep himself abreast of the new developments in the construction equipment finance industry .

- Assist in risk management activities for the Supply Chain portfolio including visits to various OEMs, preparation of dashboards, competition visits, etc.

- Portfolio monitoring and Analytics for Channel Finance portfolio.

Specialized job competencies :

- Sound understanding of the construction equipment industry and the infrastructure sector. Experience in Channel Finance business could be an advantage.

- Networked with key financiers in the industry.

Credit Analysis :

- Exposure to Balance sheet analysis, ratio analysis, industry analysis

- Good Analytical skills

Educational Qualification : MBA/ CA

Desired Experience : 9-12 years of experience of which preferably last 4 years in the construction equipment business

- Should be a self starter and a team player.
