Key Accountabilities:

- Responsible for collaborating with cross-functional partners to manage all aspects of the B2C eCommerce business including, business planning, content strategy and updates, promotional online campaigns and website design, customer service, web analytics and new feature enhancements

- Will lead the B2C eCommerce business as Profit Centre Head and be responsible for the Topline & BottomLine performance of the division. Will be responsible for managing the day to day operations of B2C eCommerce platform and build it into a highly successful business.

- Participate in the development and execution of strategic and tactical business plans with other members of the cross functional team supporting the B2C eCommerce strategy

- Serve as a liaison and primary point of contact within the organization for cross functional partners acting as a programme manager to evaluate, prioritize, develop, manage, implement and test B2C eCommerce initiatives

- Manage the user experience of the website including site navigation, content development, checkout funnel and promotional campaigns, through partners

- Develop and oversee the effective planning, QA and execution of operations across the website and online campaigns to ensure efficiency, accuracy and timeliness of all B2C initiatives

- Manage all aspects of web analytics related to eCommerce and communicate relevant information to team members, executive leadership and cross-functional partners

- Lead the coordination of all eCommerce development activities, including the integration and implementation of appropriate software in coordination with partners

- Conceptualizing & executing strategic & tactical offers & promotions in line with prevailing market conditions, special occasions & competition action, in order to sustain & increase traffic & revenues.

- Partner with key cross-functional teams to ensure all relevant organizational goals and implications are factored

- Responsible for managing and integrating ERP, payment gateways etc.

- Works with the Executive Management team to define the corporate B2C eCommerce strategy

- Analyzes and assesses the effectiveness of all existing operations and current needs based on new technology and market competition

- Monthly reporting on progress and learning’s

- Focus on topline growth of B2C ecommerce revenue

- Manage and track vendors/agencies/partners on work deliverables and SLA

Person Specification:

- Solid understanding of architecture and systems supporting eCommerce sites, including database, design environment, hosting solutions, and integrated commerce software

- Extensive experience managing online customer acquisition and retention for a fast growing, entrepreneurial company that relies heavily upon B2C eCommerce

- Strong understanding of different technological components of online commerce

- Ability to create the strategic direction of increasing eCommerce activity from a variety of online media channels to expand market share

- Strong knowledge of site design standards and strategies relative to usability, conversion, and search engine optimization

- Should have worked in a multi vendor environment

- Should have managed B2C operations in an e-commerce environment, preferably in fashion/apparel space

- Should be able to drive revenues

- Working collaboratively with others, both within and outside the company

- Excellent communication and negotiation skills

- Good project management skills
