Subsequently, we have also secured a large VC round of funding.Backed by strong demand and rave reviews of our initial customers, we are growing rapidly and plan to scale across multiple locations soon.  What you'll do :  - Preparing accounts and tax returns;   - Administering payrolls and controlling income and expenditure;   - Auditing financial information;   - Liaising with internal and external auditors and dealing with any financial irregularities as they arise;  - Compiling and presenting reports, budgets, business plans, commentaries and financial statements;   - Preparing financial statements, including monthly and annual accounts;  - Preparing financial management reports, including financial planning and forecasting;  - Analyzing accounts and business plans;   - Providing tax planning services with reference to current legislation;   - Analyses the financial risks of an organization and suggests investment plans.  - Dealing with insolvency cases;   - Prepares the budget programs of a company.  - Conducts regular meetings and interactions with the top tier of the management and offers financial advice.  What you have :  - Veracity of actions is one of the major skills that should be possessed  - Knowledge of accounting and business practices is one of the principle features to be known.  - Listening skills  - One should have the acumen to learn new things during every single step of the process of accounting and auditing.  - Should possess a degree of CA after obtaining a degree course in commerce from the university.  - The CA degree should be awarded by The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India.  - Should have worked as a Chartered Accountant in an organization.  We would love, if :  - You have acute presence of mind.  - Should have the ability to think beyond the limits.  - Should have a flair for handling figures with ease.
