Someone with experience of having worked with fast paced companies in a dynamic, high performance work atmosphere.  We need someone with Google AdWords experience (Search+ Display+ UAC ) who can effectively manage & optimize app install campaigns to generate maximum ROI. Experience working on Facebook advertising is a PLUS.  Key Responsibilities:  Manage and optimize app install campaigns, Ad Copy, Bid Prices, Cost per Conversion, Cost per Click, Keyword Research, etc.  Create and optimize app install strategies including keyword research and analysis. Managing and maintaining large keyword lists. Keyword research and contextual understanding of what works and what doesn't  Create performance reports with recommendations for improvements.  Perform daily account management and reporting for Google Adwords.  Provide creative copy suggestions for ads and experiment to understand what works  Provide recommendations and execute strategies for keyword opportunities, campaign structuring, targeting, display network, and other facets of paid search in accordance with company goals.  Keep pace with search engine and PPC industry trends and developments.  Monitor and evaluate search results and search performance across Google Search Engine  Maintenance and monitoring of keyword bids, daily and monthly budget caps, impression share, quality score and other important account metrics.  Traffic and Competitor Analysis regularly & routinely to maintain an edge.  Skill Set :  Attention to detail  Number crunching ability   Good with analysis of numbers  Innovative and creative with new Campaign ideas   Ability to learn by experiments
