Today, it caters to millions of users across industries in 140 countries and continues to be the unchallenged industry leader in the enterprise resource planning software domain.  Designation : Zonal Manager (GVLA)  Function/Group : Business Development/Direct Sales/Channel Sales  Experience : 8-12 years  Role & Responsibilities :  Strategic :   - Strategize to acquire maximum Corporate & some of the government and Medium Accounts business (Govt. & Enterprise both)   - Work closely with cross functional teams and provide strategic advice on increasing sales and expanding customer base in government and enterprise sector.  Operational :  - Continuous relationship management with corporate world, mainly with Large Enterprises and some of the government agencies which includes PSUs and Central State Corporations  - Dealing with Medium & Large Enterprise Accounts and create a healthy pipeline.  - Evaluate and give inputs for the enhancement of existing products to beat competition by working closely with various teams and all other business units related to Large Enterprise and provide value added information  - Be one point of contact on all Corporate Large account sales related activities  - Collate and analyze business data pertaining to all Large account activities and take necessary action as and when required  - Maintain an awareness of external factors including competitors, Enterprise business initiatives, current and proposed relation to sales activities which impact the businesses of medium and large enterprise   - Create customized product proposition, presentations, proposals based on specific needs and apply for tenders & bids as and when required or called by such agencies.  Business :  - Work closely with various divisions/Partners to provide product / customized solutions to customers and grow the business from Very Large Accounts (Govt. & Corporate both)  - Coaching and Enabling partners/teams for Very Large accounts business   - To analyze and validate the commercial viability of ideas and concepts that will help the business grow and increase revenue from government and large account sales  People :  - Must be a team player and capable of leading the entire government and large account sales team/Partners and Assist partners to do business planning and target setting  - Bring the right value proposition to achieve a win-win situation between TSPL, Partner & Customer
