Tally Solutions - Program Manager

Objective:

- Develop processes and tools for Corporate Program Management office for effective planning and tracking of all work and projects in the organization.

- Manage corporate projects and portfolio.

Key Areas of Responsibility:

- Define, develop and improve processes and tools for effective planning, execution and tracking of all work and projects in the organization.

- Hands on project management of corporate projects

- Manage corporate project portfolio

- Manage multiple projects at the same time.

- Project Planning and managing execution of projects within the boundaries of scope, timeline, resource and budget.

- Monitor execution of work against plan and ensure no work is bottlenecked.

- Proactively manage project risks and actively participate in resolving dependencies.

- Project Communication to higher management and team members.

Educational Qualification:

- Bachelor's degree

- MBA or any other equivalent degree will be preferred.

Licenses/Certifications:

- PMP or Prince2 Certification or any formal education in project management.

- Six Sigma or any formal continuous process improvement certification will be an added advantage.

Mandatory Experience Required:

- At least 5 years of hands on Program/Project Management.

- Experienced in developing, improving processes and tools for better management of work and projects.

Essential Skills Required:

- Knowledge of Product Development Lifecycle.

- Knowledge of New Product Introduction processes.

- Knowledge of Project Management Processes, Methods and Tools, e.g. dashboards, reports, checklists, etc.

- Ability to plan and execute projects.

- Ability to craft communication for different audiences.

- Hands on experience in Sharepoint, Visio and other MS office products and productivity tools.
