Looking for COE(Center of Excellence) - Talent Management/Talent Development for a German brand in India. This position is based at Bangalore.

Job Objective :

- The role needs to drive and coordinate with different legal entities to drive HR Processes - like, performance management, talent and associate review and policies at RO - IN level. Improvements and enhancing the HR experience quality will be important part of role

- This role needs to actively engage with all legal entities and bring focus on new plans for employee development topics, communicate changes in organisation polices and processes, expectation and opportunity to influence and propose HR policies future oriented

- The role is expected to liaison with cross functional teams to enable compliance, adhere to internal controls and organisation's guidelines

- Country Coordinator for Diversity India - Coordination, Reporting, Policy, communication, developing new topics and trends

- To drive organization performance management, Diversity, sexual harassment across all legal entities

- Create a platform for employees to interact with HRBP on a regular basis to understand, discuss and clarify topics of concern as per an engagement calendar

- Educate managers and employees on HR processes, policies and employee development topics on a quarterly basis

- Ensure monthly meetings with business managers to discuss people development topics like succession planning, talent development, handling poor performance, job rotation

Desired qualification : M.B.A from a reputed institute

Desired experience : 6- 12 years of relevant work experience in Center Of Excellence for Talent Management

Functional Skills required :

- Basic SAP, PowerPoint and excel knowledge

- Exposure in polices and process knowledge at organisation wide level performance management and employee development topics

- Exposure in handling process related topics and improvements thereof engagement initiatives

- Exposure of handling a headcount of 5000+ employees in an MNC organization

- Ability to mentor and coach managers and drive change management topics is an added advantage.
