Talent Management - FMCG/IT

We, Careerist Management Consultants, one of India's leading search and selection firm, are looking for an individual to look after the Talent Management role for our MNC client, with the role being based at Delhi NCR.

We are looking for a person with preferably from 5 to 7 years experience in a talent management role preferably from a large MNC organization.

The incumbent would be primarily responsible for developing the talent strategy, talent management systems, processes, policies and programs. Apart from managing succession planning, he/she would be looking at career paths, development and retention of employees as part of the overall talent management. In brief, he/she would be responsible for attracting, developing & engaging talent.

The incumbent would also be responsible for overall PMS strategy apart from facilitating PMS at senior levels in the organization.

Preference with be give to people from industries like FMCG, IT,pharma etc.
