We have an opportunity with one of our MNC client (Fortune 500 organization) for Talent Management (Corporate) role.
Qualification: MBA (HR Full Time) - Tier1 preferred - 7 to 10 years experience (2004 to 2007 batches) in a large organization having global HR practices.
- Role entails designing, developing & driving programs for Identification & development of talent across all functions in the organization.
- We are looking for an individual with corporate level experience in to Talent Management (HiPo identification, career path-ing, succession planning etc).
- The position has a matrix reporting.
- Person should possess excellent communication and people skills for stakeholder management apart from experience of working in a large organization (preferably MNC’s) with contemporary HR practices.
