The Talent development Partner is accountable for consulting, designing, delivering, measuring and optimizing Leadership & Talent Development initiatives that positively impact team and individual engagement and performance.

Partnering with the business and working closely with HRBP's this role provides deep leadership & talent development subject matter expertise, plays the role of advocate to balance the development needs of the business with those of individuals, and is focused on flawless delivery to ensure that the organization is able to develop, retain and maximize the contribution of their workforce.

What you'll do :

- Build strong relationships at all levels up to and including Directors.

- Build strong credibility and track records as a trusted through partner by

- Demonstrating an understanding of the business context, challenges and opportunities for the organization.

- Working closely with business partners and leaders to identify, diagnose and prioritize talent development across levels.

- Designing and delivering innovative, integrated and engaging programs that address key development areas for the business.

- Be directly accountable for internal clients as a program manager, responsible for program effectiveness, business impact and employee experience.

- Manage formal and informal communications for leadership and talent learning interventions to drive awareness, desire and uptake.

What you need to succeed :

- Flexible and positive attitude; calm-under pressure; demonstrable success working with global teams and working on multiple projects with changing priorities.

- Demonstrable track record of sustained high performance and customer delight.

- Gravitas and demonstrable track record of building and maintaining strong relationships at all levels.

- Ability to influence a range of business stakeholders to generate buy and build credibility

- Ability to analyze and interpret data to provide insights and actionable, pragmatic recommendations.

- Organized, results and delivery-oriented.

- Experience of consulting, design and delivery of programs to support talent assessment and develop, performance management, succession planning, change management and coaching.

- Certifications in psychometric and assessments, facilitation and coaching would be and added value.

- 5+ years of consulting and facilitation experience for entry level to mid management audiences.

- Experience with data interpretation and analysis, to provide business partners and leaders with key insights on the learning and development trends of their respective groups.
