Talent Acquisition Specialist - IT

Job Description:

- Define and set the sourcing plans for specific channels based on the recruiting targets and budget and ensure that it is in line with the company's business and marketing strategy.

- Create and refine the channels sourcing plan as needed.

- Providing strategic input on talent pipeline building and developing the leadership pool

- Key responsible in Volume/ Off campus/ Walk-ins Mid and lateral level hiring

- Focus on external marketplace and provide external marketplace expertise/knowledge to Sourcing Lead & Sourcing Planning.

- Manage contact with external vendors/agencies and contract negotiations.

- Ensure that sourcing processes are effective, recommend and implement process improvements.

- Manage the company's image in the marketplace.

- Contribute to the strategy for building competitor intelligence.

- Identify and analyze the potential of new sourcing opportunities and identify new channels where supply outstrips demand.

- Developing of high quality talent pipeline and utilizing market insights to influence recruitment plans

- You will partner with the business, sourcing leads and HR Business Partner to review and define resourcing needs and develop recruitment strategies to meet short, medium and long term client requirements.

- Influence decisions made affecting the sourcing/recruiting organization.

Desired Profile of the Candidate:

1) Should be a Postgraduate in Human Resources (2yr full time and having 5-10 yrs of experience in talent acquisition)

2) Should have recruiting experience from a Tier 1 IT Companies

3) Should be a good strategist, business oriented, multiple stakeholder, mentor etc

4) Should have a decent communication and interpersonal skills..
