We are looking for a recruitment professional for a leading European Multinational organisation.  Job Purpose:  The overall objective of this position is to meet the external resourcing needs of the business by leading the process of hiring experienced talents into the company.  Principal Accountabilities:  - Data mine for all posted vacancies, ensuring legal compliance and accuracy of questions to successfully screen candidates  - Facilitate Job brief discussions with hiring manager  - Follow up on referrals, attending networking events and generally building a pipeline of possible candidates for designated skill pools  - Maintaining talent pools of candidates within assigned skill pools  - Identify and handle first level screening (resume screening and phone screening) of candidates for current vacancies and for future talent purposes  - Research and keep knowledge of suitable sourcing channels for future vacancies within skill pool(s)   - Monitor success of sourcing channels for future knowledge  Reporting:  The position will report to the Head of Recruitment.  Ideal Profile:   - University Degree with min of 4 years experience in recruitment  - Strong IT skills (IT skill related to database searches), Social Media sourcing also have knowledge and understanding of skill pool disciplines  - Pro active and go getter.
