Experience: Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in a corporate and HR consultancy

Job Location: Gurgaon

Minimum Qualification: Graduation

Preferred Qualification: PGDM-HR / BBA

Job Responsibilities:

Financial:

Ensure adherence to annual TA budget at all times w.r.t. assigned recruitment mix (through no cost channels of hiring, internal employee referrals, and consultants);

Ensure invoices by recruitment partners are raised in-line with T&Cs with necessary deductibles and service charges;

Customer:

Ensure closed ended, timely and accurate coordination with w.r.t. position updates, challenges, suggested improvisations to fasten up position closure and position updates .

Consistent follow ups for shortlists and feedbacks with the hiring managers.

Ensure all relevant details (budget, roles, responsibilities, expected deliverables from position and position holder, etc) are shared with candidates at the time of initiating recruitment process for clarity amongst all involved at all times;

Ensure candidate- s expectations and reservations are shared with business for a way around or an alternate resource, so that position closure TAT is achieved at all times;

Ensure timely flow of information to inter-function and intra-function teams for making logistical/ travel/ boarding/ induction arrangements for a new-hire and strengthen his/ her day 1 experience with the organization;

Ensure negotiations are done ethically with the candidate with no false or open ended commitments made to him/ her either in individual capacity or on the business- s behalf for the sake of position closure, with exact salary structure explained to the candidate and consent obtained there-upon;

Ensure feedback is provided to candidate/ recruitment partner, regardless of its nature, at all times to close the communication loop;

Ensuring to keep in touch with the candidates post interview.

Collecting the required documents from the potential candidate to be offered.

Continually update recruitment MIS (position details, TAT applicable v/s TAT for closure, recruitment cost) and highlight variances, as and when encountered;

Ensure timely flow of information to inter-function and intra-function teams for making logistical/ travel/ boarding arrangements for a new-hire and strengthen his/ her day 1 experience with the organization;

Build up and Maintain and update competition mapping tracker (employees working in competing organizations with at the same role and with the specifications we require in our organization) for all positions (Assistant Manager and Above) to ensure instant availability of a resource across the organization;

Learning & Development:

Implement new ways/ identify alternate sources of recruitment than what are being used currently, to crunch down the TAT for closure and enhance database availability on a recurring basis;

Pro-actively identify orange flags (employees that may attrite) and red flags (employees that will attrite) in liaison with the business, and keep a pool of resources available for immediate hiring;

General

Provide all necessary back-end support to the HR Department, as and when required

Knowledge and Skills required:

End-to-end knowledge of talent acquisition process in freight management industry;

Exposure to talent requirements in freight management industry;

Exposure to skillsets available in freight management industry;

Negotiation skills;

Proficiency in written and oral communication. English and Hindi are a must, other regional languages are an added advantage;

Experience in recruitment coordination (Scheduling the interviews and managing the interview process)

Experience in Talent Hunting through online job portals / job fairs / employee referrals /linkedin / Freight Industry Networking / Campus hiring etc.

Experience interacting with the business/ client hiring managers regarding the requirements

IT Skills - IT Savvy with command on MS Office with very good excel and ppt skills.
