As part of one such engagement, we are helping our client to build their Key leadership roles in India and APAC region.   The client is the largest player globally in the building management systems space.   We are looking for self-driven, energetic, sharp and committed individuals who can display extraordinary leadership skills and can wok with the Strategy wing in world's largest Building management space.   Job Description :   - Communicate and contact the stakeholders of the project and deliver the desired output in conformance with the client expectation.   - Be an integral part of the research and analytics in understanding the issue in hand.   - Monitor and implement the various process improvement initiatives. To implement strong management practices   - To structure work plans and to develop hypotheses and analysis to test them   - Prepare and manage strategic plans for both existing and potential productivity or efficiency improvement   - Maintain awareness of relevant technology and innovation   Desired Profile :   - 4-7 years of prior industry exposure  - Graduate from a top Management institution (IIM, ISB, Ivy League or equivalent) or have a Masters degree from a top institution with a strong academic background.   - Analytically oriented and resourceful individual with ability to solve problems in an ambiguous environment. Willingness to learn and stretch in accomplishing the desired output.   - Strong communication skills both spoken and written are a must. Ability to handle people at different levels of the hierarchy.   - Well versed with various Process Improvement frameworks, ie., Lean Six Sigma, BPMS.   - Coach and mentor team in deploying Lean Six Sigma methodology.   - Must have a desire for achieving excellence in customer satisfaction, process and product quality and reliability.   - Statistical Skills/Data affinity   - Change Management skills   - Exposure to Windows Office and proficiency with MS Excel and MS PowerPoint is a must.
