Besides being part of client engagements, hired candidates will be expected to participate in organization building including Business Development and policy & systems creation for Takshashila, exposure you will not receive at any other firm so early in your tenure.   Job Description:   - Interpreting data, writing reports, and making appropriate recommendations with quantitative and qualitative reasoning  - To structure work plans and to develop hypotheses and analysis to test them   - Selecting and implementing the most appropriate research methodology and techniques for primary and secondary data collection from all possible sources  - To create a knowledge repository for the past and existing clients  - Submit periodic reports, whitepapers and special reports as per schedules  - Submit responses to internal and external queries and briefing notes on various relevant topics with accurate and valid information within the scheduled time  - Undertake research of any prospective client or client industry  - To support the front - end consultants through data collection, data analysis etc.  Desired Profile:  - Graduate from a premier undergraduate (IIT, SRCC, St. Xavier's or equivalent) college or have a masters degree from a top institution with a strong academic background, with up to 3 years of experience.  - Analytically oriented and resourceful individual with ability to solve problems in an ambiguous environment. Willingness to learn and stretch in accomplishing the desired output.  - Strong communication skills both spoken and written are a must.  - Ability to handle people at different levels of the hierarchy.  - Exposure to Windows Office and proficiency with MS Excel and MS Powerpoint is a must.  - Have a strong learning curve.  Takshashila is an equal opportunity employer and operates as a pure meritocracy.
