Besides being part of client engagements, hired candidates will be expected to participate in organization building including Business Development and policy & systems creation for Takshashila, exposure you will not receive at any other firm so early in your tenure.   Desired Candidate :  - Must have done at least one full cycle implementation at Enterprise level  - Must have prior government sector experience and managing stakeholders in government sector  - Good to have experience in Public health sector  - Strong project and program management experience and ability to able to manage all stages of a program from concept to delivery  - Ability to influence technical priorities and business strategy through data-driven contributions   - Experience in delivering successful system implementations utilizing multiple project management methodologies, tools and techniques  - Must have strong architecture and design experience across application development and infrastructure planning  - Must have excellent communication and inter-personal skills  - Ability to work with leadership teams and formulate a solutions roadmap along with implementation and execution plan  - Ability to work with diverse business users, understand their requirements, propose solutions, get them approved by the business owners, and work with the development teams to implement the desired solutions in a time bound manner  Education : Graduate Engineer and preferably post graduate (MS or MBA) from reputed institute  Experience : 10-12 Years of overall experience with 4+ years of experience in Technical Program Management leading complex technology projects
