Role Overview :   We are looking for self-driven, energetic, sharp and committed young individuals who can display extraordinary leadership skills and can work alongside the senior consultants and industry leaders.   Job Description :   - Connect with the various stakeholders of the project and assist the consultants at client site with the required back end support.   - Conduct primary and secondary research and prepare reports on findings   - Data collection and data analysis using the required tools   - Self-driven, focused and structured thought process   Desired Profile :   - MBA from top-tier institute in India or abroad (IIM or equivalent)   - Strong engineering background (IIT or equivalent preferred)   - Prior exposure to working alongside senior management   - Excellent communication skills - written and oral   - Strong Analytical and problem solving skills   - Proficiency in PPT and Advanced Excel   Brief Company Description :   Takshashila Consulting is a Management Consulting firm formed by a team of ex-McKinsey Consultants.
