- Attracting applicants by placing job advertisements; using job portals.  - Manpower Planning and their grade fitment according to roles.  - Joining & Induction, Industry Mapping.  - Posting job on various job sites & social networking sites.  - Branch visits for the purpose of recruitment  - Briefing the candidate about the responsibilities, Salary & benefit of the job in question.   - Liaoning the entire recruitment process for the region which includes publishing in local newspaper, smooth conducting of Recruitment.  - Work closely with management to determine hiring needs and review and understand job requisitions.  - Headhunting - identifying & approaching suitable candidates who may already be in work  - Using candidate database to find the right person for the vacancy.   - Coordinate with candidates and hiring managers to schedule interviews  - Ensure timely communications with all candidates and hiring  - Conduct CIBIL check, Reference check.  - Maintaining accurate and up-to-date candidate information in Master employee Database.  - Complete on boarding of new joiners.  - Ensuring the TAT for the number of positions.  - Issuing ID cards, appointment letters, promotion letters.  - Responsible for the joining formalities, inductions of new joiners.  Salary Offered: 7 - 10 LPA
