T-FUNBOX - Tech CoFounder/CTO/COO

T-FUNBOX (www.t-funbox.in) is food start-up based in Gurgaon, North India. It is aiming to become a major player in internet-first Quick Service Restaurant. It opened its first delivery and take-away outlet on 24th Jan 2015 in the heart of Gurgaon City (Sushant Lok 1). The outlet is equipped with all modern kitchen and currently services customers across Gurgaon (mostly delivery).

As part of the current expansion plans, the start-up is looking to strengthen it web based platform as well as automate processes to achieve greater operational efficiency.

We are currently looking at self motivated and enthusiastic individuals who would want to participate in an early stage start-up and contribute to its growth and development

Role Function: Technology and Development

Responsibilities

This role will be responsible for leading the overall development of the web based platform keeping in mind the business model, system architect, economic feasibility and most importantly the user interface aspect.

- Responsible for the entire technology setup for the business

- Responsible for any technology initiatives for enabling better customer service

- Responsible for managing the entire front end and back end operations of the technology involved across the organization.

- Would be developing/exploring new technology avenues.

- Maintaining the overall budget for the department

Key Competencies:

- Strong technologist with an ability to align technical design to meet the business vision

- Must be an excellent PHP coder and out-of-box thinker to come up with creative solutions

- Demonstrated ability to envision web-based services that meet consumer needs or solve business problems.

- Over 2 years- experience in managing web application development and experience with start-up companies.

- Adept at analyzing situations and developing alternative solutions based on experience, research, team input and imposed guidelines.
