Responsibilities:  - Product Conceptualization: Define the product strategy for Optymyze's data management and processing capabilities  - Product Advocacy: Serve as a product evangelist and domain expert in customer, partner, industry influencer interactions  - Product Marketing: Define product positioning and messaging, and facilitate the development of digital marketing content  - Product Management: Define the roadmap, and work with a cross-functional team to deliver industry-leading product  - Marketing Content: Manage the development of marketing content to accelerate the buying process through self-service and education of prospects  - Marketing Communications: Ensure consistent product communication, and engage with customers and partners to deliver updates, receive feedback, and identify market opportunities  - Market Research: Work with the sales teams to understand the needs of prospective clients, what problems they have, and how they make buying decisions  - Technology Partners: Identify and select technology partners to execute a buy-versus-build strategy for desired functionality  Prerequisites:  - 5+ years of experience working in a product management and/or product marketing role for a cutting edge SaaS or PaaS companies selling to large enterprises  - 5+ years of experience analyzing complex data and experience with OLAP and OLTP  - Deep understanding of data transformation and practices and knowledge of distributed data processing systems  - 3+ years managing technology, including social enterprise applications, partner relationship applications, and other tools, for facilitating the product management process  - 3+ years of experience in agile software development  - Experience of the Sales Performance Management (SPM) or sales operations space is a plus  - A style that is rooted in ownership, passion, teamwork, innovation, and collaboration  - MBA or similar degree from a global top 50 business school required; BS in computer science, information technology, or similar degree from a global top 50 engineering school preferred  - Exceptionally strong product conceptualization skills  - Exceptional oral and written skills and strong client-facing, consultative selling skills  - Ability to work closely with technical staff  - Strong project management skills with the ability to juggle multiple projects and consistently meet deadlines and objectives  - Familiarity with the latest product management, software as a service, and platform as a service technology trends and best practices  - Comfortable working with multiple enterprise stakeholders, including senior sales, marketing, services, finance, and operations executives
