Role Description:
- 10 -12 years with atleast 4 years of experience in handling delivery of Large /Medium sized portfolios as Account Manager/Delivery Manager
- Should be able to oversee the definition and maintenance of the testing roadmap for the organization's systems
- Provide consulting to customer on new technology trends in Testing industry
- Ensure that technical and quality standards are enforced throughout software development lifecycle
- Have strong planning, leadership and strong client relationship management skills
- Should be able to connect with client stakeholder and handle customer communication from offshore
- Strong experience working on Pre-sales activities and proposals
- Conduct 1:1 meetings with customers to discuss project/engagement status, issues, risks, mitigation, opportunities and process improvements
- Manage delivery escalations and be a SPOC between customers and offshore delivery team to identify mitigation plans
- Identify resourcing needs and work with resourcing teams on the fulfillment & monitor demand vs supply
- Perform Gap analysis, identify areas of improvement and work on process improvement plan in delivery processes including project planning & management, knowledge management, release management, test execution and test management etc.
- Ensure operational excellence is delivered as per agreed SLA & Metrics defined
- Ensure improvement in span of control depending upon the role
- Participate or lead in Corporate initiatives (SI Projects, CoE's, Process Improvements, and Lean Projects etc.)
- Conduct performance evaluation periodically to review achievements and to identify strengths, weaknesses, career growth plan, training & certification needs
