JOB PURPOSE   Manage Accounting and Finance function  KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:  Accounting & Audit:  - Preparation & audit of financial statements under Ind AS on timely basis   - Continuous review of accounting treatment and closure process for improvements/better compliance.   - Preparation of Audit Committee Presentation, Board Presentation   - Ensuring compliance with Accounting standards, Guidance Note and Other regulations like SEBI, ICAI  - Deep knowledge and better understanding of Company's operations with relevance to Accounting impact  - Managing A/R, A/P and treasury teams.   MIS:  - Providing Monthly / Quarterly MIS on P&L and Balance Sheet to provide more insight for Management Analysis   - Analysis to support Investor Calls   - Authentication of information in Annual report, Press Advertisement and other Public release of financial information  - Review Capex investment and completion of Projects with Budgets  Treasury :  - Funding - Facilitate funding of Capex Plans at competitive rates with appropriate risk management  Controls :  - Strengthen Internal Controls to enhance governance framework streamline/standardize controls and plug leakages/potential frauds  EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATION & EXPERIENCE:   CA - 15-20 years post qualification experience
