As Marketing Analytics you will have the opportunity to work on major business initiatives that contribute to company's growth and productivity objectives.   - In this role you will have the responsibility of managing multiple complex projects & will work directly with the business in catering to the end-to end Analytical needs  Essential Responsibilities :  - Execute market research projects, gather intelligence on current industry, technology, and consumer trends, and summarizes research findings tailored to business needs  - Work with cross-functional teams to facilitate the data collection and performance measurement process, and escalates issues as necessary and make contributions to research and analyses on priority projects within established guidelines.  - Design and execute marketing research and analytic projects to provide information needed to facilitate decision-making  - Deliver on regular projects and also Analytical packages that can be best practiced.  - Proactively propose, initiate & execute strategic projects that create business impact.  - Deliver projects adhering to SLA's on timeliness, accuracy & compliance.  - To be Proactive & Regular communication with Stakeholders on Projects  - Proactively leverage expertise in the larger team to deliver positive business impact.  - Leverage & Explore latest Tools and Techniques in the Industry and leverage them for business growth  Qualifications/Requirements :  - 2+ Years of experience in Analytics domain with at least 1+ years in Market research.  - Strong working knowledge of SAS, SQL, UNIX and Excel.  - Strong written/oral communication skills  - Degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Operations Research or relevant experience  - Good understanding of USA credit business market  - Proven ability to deliver Analytical solutions for Business problems.  - Proven skills in handling multiple projects simultaneously  Desired Characteristics :  - Exposure to Bloomberg, Factiva  - Ability to drive initiates  - Understanding of macro-economic conditions & competitors trends  - Good knowledge of latest Analytical practices in the Industry  - Knowledge of latest Analytics Data Visualization tools like Tableau & SAS VA
