The person in this role will have the shared responsibility for resource management, business liaison, training and awareness, and budget planning as it pertains to managing projects.  Essential Responsibilities :  - Assist in the development of project communication and awareness strategies  - Provide support for program and project planning, execution, tracking, communications and reporting for multiple high priority cross-functional projects.  - Regularly communicate with IS staff; establish and maintain cross-business relationships and provide Communication to key leaders and stakeholders for IT projects  - Engage a geographically dispersed team of IT resources to assist in the completion of all aspects of the project.  - Ensures process rigor and adherence to SYF, IT PMO, IS PMC and SDLC policies, processes and standards.  - Assist in defining project approach, effort, scope, schedule, team member roles and expectations to ensure that resources are used efficiently and meet project plan objectives.  - Ensure high degree of customer satisfaction.  - Excellent communication and writing skills  - Knowledge of IS security principles and best practices  - Excellent interpersonal skills  Qualifications/Requirements :  - Associate's degree and 1 years of IT experience OR in lieu of degree, High School Diploma/GED and 2 years of Project Management experience in IT environment.  - Minimum 1 year of relevant experience with knowledge in Finance, Operations, and Governance.  Desired Characteristics :  - Organizational skills and ability to collaborate with project managers to achieve cooperative results  - Self-motivated and ability to work independently with minimal direction  - Desire to learn and build process and project management skills.  - Detail oriented, analytical.  - Possesses capability in interfacing with both technology and business areas  - Experience with Agile frameworks such as Scrum, XP, Kanban, etc.  - Proceeding along the path to achieve Project Management Professional (PMP), Certified Scrum Master (CSM), or ITIL certification  - Exposure to JIRA and Planview (SDLC Management Tool)  - Working knowledge of Identity and Access Management (IAM), threat intelligence, computer incident response team (CIRT) or other IT/info security practices.  - Knowledge of security tools is a plus - Penetration Testing Tools - Metasploit, Burpe Suite, NMAP, Kali Linux SharePoint Administration Management  - CyberArk Administration  - Splunk Administration  - Application Vulnerability Scanning: HP WebInspect, Qualys, HP Fortify  - Encryption Key Management: Vormetric, Symantec, Microsoft
