As Chief Communication Officer of the Company, we are looking for a business strategist to shape the best communication strategies. Guide meaningful conversations with customers and prospects.

- From our customers- perspective, good content is findable, understandable and interesting. What motivates them- What are they here for- How can we help- Good content is useful. Good content is a great driver to action - connecting the dots between needs of the user and the goals of the business.

- Keeping it fresh. Keeping it consistent. Part of telling a story is keeping the conversation relevant. Develop editorial calendars to identify timely topics and ensure the conversation is working in concert with conversations on social and other owned and paid channels.

- What should content's tonality be- What should content be about- What form(s) should content take (e.g., video, text, infographic)- What format(s) should content take (e.g., documentary, Q&A, interview)-

- Are there opportunities to syndicate content on third-party channels and to what end- How can earned media (e.g., PR, influencer marketing, social) help extend reach- How will paid media be used to help content find and engage audiences-

- Who should help make content (e.g., freelance writers, company employees, filmmakers)- Are there partners we should work with to create/co-create or distribute content (e.g., publishers, tech startups, production companies, influencers)- How much content (and of which types) do we need to achieve our goals- How often and when should we publish- How should content be organized-

Eligibility :

The right candidate for the position of Customer Care Associate and Chief Communication Officer at SyberPlace shall fulfill the following criteria:

- Experience of working for a reputed digital agency or in digital marketing for a consumer brand or eCommerce

- Minimum 2 years in current job / business

- Earned a minimum of Rs. 4,500,000 in past 12 months
