This team works closely with product team on solutioning and with city operations teams on execution City Operations teams: Manage operations effectively to drive positive customer experience and optimise cost to support the overall business P&L. The city teams also work with central operations team on rolling out new products and processes to drive ops excellence and build sustainable operations Job Description &amp; Responsibilities - Create a vision for DE benefits marketplace. Identify needs of Delivery Executives outside the order journey of Swiggy, and prioritize the needs to be solved. - Create benefit proposals to solve for the DE needs. - Identify and negotiate with vendors providing various benefits and get the best deal possible. - Set up pilots and success metrics for the benefits. Identify and improve the benefits based on the pilots. - Scale up the benefits with good relevance, adoption and satisfaction to entire fleet pan India. - Coordinate with Marketing, Product, Finance to scale-up the benefits. Desired Skills - Preferred- B.E./B.Tech. from a tier-1 college (IIT/NIT/BITS) &amp; MBA from a tier-1 college . - Preferred - 1+ year experience in a start-up/consulting role. - Excellent problem solving and analytical skills. - Experience in executing projects on-ground. - Experience in stakeholder management.
