- Own the marketing charter for new service offerings and initiatives across new product development, brand strategy, user acquisition and driving frequency.
- Work closely with the cross-functional team across business and product to identify, refine and position new product development opportunities through deep consumer understanding backed by quantitative and qualitative consumer research
- Develop and execute the GTM marketing strategy for new product offerings and initiatives
- Work closely with the product marketing team in order to drive trial and frequency through the existing audience
- Work with the creative and media buying agencies to conceptualize innovative and memorable creatives keeping in mind the communication objectives of the campaign
- Analyze campaigns across cities across different parameters to track ROI and publish the same to all stakeholders
Person should have :
- Previous brand management experience in scaled consumer products is a must
- Good analytical capabilities
- Entrepreneurial mind-set
- Agency management experience handling both creative and media agencies
- Budget-management skills & proficiency
- Strong eye for creative and communication
- 10-15% monthly travel
Preferred Qualifications :
Qualification - MBA is a must ( Tier 1 preferred)
Industry / Sector - Ecommerce/FMCG experience
Experience- 4-6 Years
