Responsibilities
- Creation of marketing strategies for cities across the country using the entire marketing mix
- Tracking ROI and other campaigns metrics for all marketing campaigns
- Responsible for product marketing and marketing communication management
- Create a process for consumer insighting to drive into marketing campaign ideas
- Work cross-functionally with city heads and city marketing teams to guide and support the development of marketing plans to reach business targets
- Develop GTM strategies for new launches and rollouts of new business initiatives
- Work collaboratively with the online marketing team to ensure seamless campaign execution
- Develop relevant strategic input docs and creative briefs for creative development
- Work closely with the creative team to develop innovative brand communication
- Analyzing data on a daily basis to get inputs for designing marketing campaigns.
Requirements
- Significant experience in using multiple media for B2C customer acquisition, and/or revenue generation preferred
- Experienced in managing a team in a high pressure environment
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- MBA preferred. Work experience in FMCG/ eCommerce preferred
