- Rewards leader is responsible for development, evaluation, and implementation of Swiggy's compensation and benefits plans.  - Ensure its designed to attract, retain and motivate a highly skilled workforce while ensuring compliance with regulations, internal equity and competitive pay structure.  - Lead the formulation of annual rewards, recognition and benefits strategies aligned to Swiggy's business needs and develop and manage related policy and procedures and systems.  - Contribute towards the overall development and management of the HR function in Swiggy working collaboratively with HR colleagues.  - Work in partnership with managers within Swiggy's business contributing towards the achievement of business objectives. Gain a deep understanding of current and future business drivers and ensure changes arising from the business process re-engineering activities are reflected in the Reward structure and strategy.  - Carry out annual reward related equality audits ensuring fairness and consistency in the operation of reward recognition and benefits strategies and related policy procedures and systems.  - Develop and maintain ways to monitor and keep abreast of benefit policies and reward strategies in the industry  - Advises managers and employees on resolutions for specific problems relating to salaries, job classifications, job content and benefit program issues.  - Implements benefits programs, ranging from the initial stage of gathering information through program implementation  - Has a good understanding of ESOP, LTI and implementing various incentive plans, will be responsible to create Long term bonus/incentive plans  Key Skills :  - Knowledge of HR practices and principles.  - Knowledge and skill in functions/processes of a HRIS/HRMS  - Expert knowledge of compensation and benefits analysis technique,5 to 10 years of experience post MBA/PG from institution of repute (Tier 1/Tier 2)  - Strong analytical and problem solving skills, with attention to detail.
