Hiring for General Manager - Growth and Strategy @ Swiggy Location : Bangalore Capabilities : - Preferred background in management consulting/ E-Comm Category roles with a strong affinity for data analytics and data driven decision making; Passion for hustle and execution of strategy - 3-6 years Work Experience - Strong capabilities in stakeholder management - Strong Communication and Presentation Skills - Primary and Secondary research capabilities Roles and Responsibilities : - The GM for Swiggy Access Growth will primarily work on building levers that enable Access restaurants to grow their business on Swiggy across the order funnel along with initiating offline levers for growth - Key Metrics : Achieving order, sales and profitability goals of all PODs across the country - The team will work very closely with the Sales teams across the country to enable them for providing customized growth levers basis the age, cuisine, revenue portlfolio of the restaurant. Significant time to be spent on consumer funnel led insights for growth suggestions. The team will establish the framework within which the growth levers will be built. - The role will also require to setup the entire data analytics that helps the sales teams to understand the restaurant's business with actionable insights - The candidate will be expected to run experiments and pilots for growth hacks, to validate hypothesis and scale the same across locations - On ground research to identify vendor demands for business growth. The GM will be required to build close relations with key vendors to get continuous feedback on growth levers - The candidate will have a budget running into a few Cr to invest in the growth of accounts across locations; The money will be used across promotions that are app based and offline; Efficiency of budget utilization with maximum impact will be a key responsibility area - Create alternate channels of business for Access restaurants; To ensure profitability of these restaurants it is critical to hit certain order goals; The GM will be expected to drive out of the box thinking to drive sales for these restaurants outside the BAU, to ensure that order projections are hit ahead of target - Explore collaborations for increased utilization of the 100+ Access Infrastructure PODs (Cross category in Swiggy and Externally) to increase sales profitability of the category
