Responsibilities : - Managing cataloguing requirements of partners for new and existing partners which are benchmarked versus the competition in terms of speed and accuracy - Creation &amp; deployment of SOPs and trainings for partners for ease of operations with Swiggy and for delivering the best end-consumer experience in a cost-optimized manner - Providing support to partners on management of their information on the platform - this would include timely revision of menu's and other information that they have on the catalogue - Liaising with the product team to suggest improvements that would drive operational efficiencies of the catalogue team members - Driving A/B experiments to improve business metrics such as Average Order Value, Time to order etc. as well as drive internal efficiencies - Owning the metric of Catalogue Quality i.e. ensuring a high standard in terms of information on Swiggy's catalogue - Running projects to drive business use-cases such as cross-sell, meal completion, personalization etc. - Driving internal analytics to provide insights on restaurants/SKUs to sales teams, product team &amp; the new initiatives team - Team Management - Ensuring a learning oriented organization; addressing training needs from time to time and managing a lean and efficient team Preferred Candidate : - Graduate /PG with 5-9 years of experience in Vendor Management, Operations, Catalogue Operations, Business Development, Sales or Account Management - A competent decision-maker with the ability to develop, own and build a strategic plan and execute the same - Effective Analytical and Communication skills - Should be a team player, and an effective administrator - Creativity &amp; Initiative - demonstrate creativity &amp; originality in your work and have the personal drive and initiative to bring about change and help drive the business forward
