Their Business is in a phase of aggressive growth and the SVP / VP FP&A will play a key part in this growth by implementing the standardization and rationalization of core FP&A activities across the organization.

Job Description - Reporting to the Head of FP&A, your key responsibilities will include:

- Interact with people at all different levels and areas of the organization

- Prepare and analyze Management Review Packs for individual Regions and Head Office

- Prepare Periodic Budgets and Forecasts and drawing Monthly Estimates across Regions

- Ad-hoc analytical support to regional Planning Heads

- Analyzing P&L, Head-counts and Balance Sheet

- Managing an analytical team of highly skilled and experienced financial analysts

- Re-engineering processes to improve productivity, controls and quality of key reports.

- Working with onshore teams to improve levels of engagement

The Successful Candidate - You will be a CA / MBA with at least 10 years of FP&A experience, with prior experience in the Banking space. You will have a background in financial analysis and management reporting and be proficient in Microsoft Office (including Power-Point, Excel & Word). You will have experience working with data and knowledge of financial reporting tools such as Essbase, Solar & SMART. You will also have the ability to communicate effectively and manage small analytical teams. Additionally you will have strong analytical, project management and problem solving skills. You will have a keen eye for detail and be an Adaptable, multitasker who demonstrates an ability and desire to develop and improve by challenging status quo.
