Job Summary-
The VP Sales leads the Sales Tied Agency distribution for the Region (Tamil Nadu) heading the 2 key distribution verticals of Sales Managers Channel and Agency Manager Channel. The incumbent drives the Revenues & RoI, and is responsible for the overall leadership of the Sales Tied Agency distribution for the entire Region.
Key Accountabilities-
- Controlling a span of 6 Direct Reports (Area Heads), 75 Branches Managers/ Channel Development Managers, and a FLS base of 700
- Drive RoI (Cost Vs WAPE)
- Drive Persistency for the Region
- Team Retention and development
- Sales Training function has a dotted line reporting to the VP/ SVP Sales Tied Agency
Experience Required-
Overall 12-13 years with a min of 5 to 7 years in Insurance Sales, leading large teams and distribution.
Specific Requirements-
The incumbent is the senior most leader in the Region,and is required to have exemplary executive presence.
Well conversant in Tamil language
